HOW DOES THE SIZING RUN ON THE T-SHIRTS?
All shirts are unisex sized for the perfect fit! We offer adult sizes small - 3X. See sizing chart below for more info.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY SHIRT?
Sign up on or before the 5th of the month, you'll receive that month's shirt. For example, sign up March 3rd and receive the March shirt - sign up March 10th and your first shipment will be in April. After that, your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month. Shirts are packed and shipped out by the 15th of each month.
CAN I RETURN A SUBSCRIPTION SHIRT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our business, shirts are made custom for each customer, therefore refunds are not accepted.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY T-SHIRT SIZE?
If you chose a size that doesn't quit work and you'd like to change it for the next month, please email us at info@simplyunorganized.com. Size change requests must be submitted 7 days before the billing date (1st of the month).
IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
There is no long-term commitment. We hope you love your tees! But, if you need to cancel your subscription, please email us at info@simplyunorganized.com.
Please note - cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
